Adoubou's full name is Adoubou Idiiyat-es-Sahel. His sire is
Tamgak, a recent desert bred import from West Africa.  His dam is Tiwul Idiiyat-es-Sahel.  Adoubou is 2 years old and is bred by Daoud Abdullah Abdullah.  Adoubou is available with no breeding restrictions. The photo below is of Azil, who is also 2 years old.

Behind Azil is Adoubou's litter brother, Djeebo. The third photo is of two Azawakh taidit (females), with Mouna in front and Tadamakat behind.  Mouna is litter sister to Azil. For more information please contact Mimi Drake

'Screaming Monkeys Flinging Poo'

Here are some of my Azawakh, these photos were taken in the last few days.
On top is Tombouktou's Atakor, photo taken when he was a day shy of 7 months old.  He is bred by Dr. Gabriele Meißen of Germany, and is sired by Django, desert bred.  His dam is Takuté Al Ifriqiya.  Next is Iférouane Idiiyat-es-Sahel, she is litter sister to Tamoudit, the female who escaped from her new home upon arrival in Florida.
Following her is Djeebo Idiiyat-es-Sahel, who is sired by Tamgak, desert bred and Tiwul Idiiyat-es-Sahel, his breeder is Daoud Abdullah Abdullah. Then, Clarity's Ngozi, who is bred by Kelly Daniels. Ngozi is almost 5 years old now, and he is out of Kaisoon and Abazina (bred by Erika Tonder).

Below Ngozi is his litter sister, Clarity's Noowairah, and below her, Tahatmellet Idiiyat-es-Sahel, now 15 months old, who is her son, sired by Tamahan ak Tin Akoff, desert bred.

I hope you all try to enjoy these beautiful dogs and stop wasting your time flinging poo - start acting, not so much like humans, but, more like these incredible, loyal dogs that fascinate us so much. And try, too, to learn, that your worst enemy comes from within yourself. It blocks your view of who your true friends are, and misleads you into trusting the self serving ones.

Safqa Hunts

Safqa Idiiyat-es-Sahel is an 11 months old Azawakh taidit (female).
The wind was blowing so hard that the rain poured down horizontally. Most of the dogs just stayed inside. Except Safqa. She wanted to hunt and hunt she did.  I did not go outside with my camera until after the rain stopped. In the first image Safqa spotted her prey, a mole.

Next, she was sitting back with dead prey at her feet. She's bringing her prey to the house;  she set it down, watching carefully to make sure no one would steal it. Last photo shows her consuming her prey. Safqa, performing her work for which she was designed to do, over millenium. The huntress from West Africa. Safqa: named after one of the most precious dam lines of the asil Arabian strains on the island of Bahrain.
